GAY MARRIAGE LEGAL IN MASSACHUSETTS
Despite whether you think our society should permit gay marriage or some sort of civil union for same-sex couples, it should be alarming that this divisive issue has been determined by a court and not through debate and the election of representatives. This is exactly the sort of fundamental alteration to our society that should be decided by legislatures.

If you want gay marriage, fine. But don't asked 4 out of 7 robed jurists to decree your point of view. In John Kerry's home state, the court is telling the legislature to enact laws. The judicial usurpation of the Republic continues.
