CIRCUMSTANTIAL EVIDENCE?

The Associated Press reports that, since the announcement about the U.S. victory in Iraq and Saddam's Dec. 13 capture there has been increased cooperation by al Qaeda prisoners at Guantanamo during interrogation.

Now why would Saddam's capture affect al Qaeda prisoners this way...unless there was some link?
