It's a four way statistical tie in Iowa, just 4 days before the caucus. Dean is down, Gephardt is flat and Kerry and Edwards are up. Yes, Kerry's up. He must be doing something in Iowa that we can't see, because that's one poor campaign with a poor candidate.
