LATE FRIDAY AFTERNOON OBSERVATION
My 3 1/2 year old son loves Captain Feathersword, the Friendly Pirate who dances and covorts with The Wiggles each day. He was Captain Feathersword on Halloween. In fact, the boy just loves pirates. We've convinced him to stay somewhat quiet during Survivor because he calls it The Pirate Show -- which we encourage. It seems that 18th Century terrorists are big with the pre-school set. I wonder if, 200 years hence, preschoolers will be enjoying the comic antics of Abdul Squishybomb. Or maybe Disney will have a ride called "Jihadists of the Fertile Crescent" to be followed by a rip roaring action picture of the same name.
