2 of 13 is Pathetic
What have they been doing all year? The Congress - where both houses are controlled by the same party- has passed a paltry 2 appropriations measures out of a total of 13. The one thing Congress MUST do is pass a budget. Temporary spending measures usually lead to billions of extra spending but worse, they reflect Congress' inability to perform its most basic Constitutional obligation. Its not as though they face political opposition from the White House. Aside from being from the same partry, this President has yet to veto a single spending bill. And they still have failed to do their job - again.
