HARRY REID CAN'T ARGUE WITH SCALIA
Democratic Senate leader Harry Reid says that Clarence Thomas is an idiot and that he could, but wouldn't support Justice Antonin Scalia for Chief Justice. Of course, it really comes down to tenure. Thomas is only 56 and would hold the post much longer than 68 year old Scalia.

The most baffling comment about Scalia from the Democrats' new mouthpiece: "And I disagree with many of the results that he arrives at, but his reasons for arriving at those results are very hard to dispute."
